Keep placeholders like {count}, {character} or {file} exactly as written. Never translate, rename or remove the text inside the braces. You can reorder them freely to fit your language.

Some placeholders receive an already-translated phrase instead of a bare number. For example {characters} in the export and import summaries is filled with "3 characters" from the settings.summary.characters plural strings, and {files} works the same way. Translate the sentence so a counted noun phrase fits there.

Plural strings appear as one unit with a form for each grammatical category of your language. {count} is the number itself. If your language does not change the noun after a number (for example Hungarian), it is correct for all forms to look the same.

Do not translate BBCode tags such as [b]...[/b], [url=...]...[/url], [channel] or [session]. Translate only the text between the tags and keep every opening tag matched by its closing tag.

Cyute Engwish (en-x-uwu) is a stylized English variant, not a real language; normal grammar rules do not apply there.

Horizon Contributor License Agreement

By translating, I agree to the following:

1. I grant Sylvia Roselie (Project Lead) the right to license my contributions to the Horizon project under MPL-2.0.
2. I grant Sylvia Roselie the right to provide my contributions to Dragonfruit (the entity behind F-List) under the MIT License.
3. I retain ownership of my contributions. This is a license grant, not a copyright transfer.
4. I confirm that I am the author of my contributions and have the right to grant these permissions.
